10-day 1x1 Canadian moose rifle hunt for one hunter in Northern British Columbia - includes trophy fee. This 3rd generation family run outfit consistently harvests bulls with an average of 54", half of which make the B&C book. This hunt is available August 15th through October 15th, 2013 only. This hunt may be upgraded to include other species paid as trophy fees upon harvest; mountain caribou ($5,000), mountain goat ($5,000), grizzly ($11,000), black bear ($4,000) and timber wolf (no charge). Traditional horseback hunt during the rut start in mid-September. Travel is by horse and foot, although alternative lake/boat hunts can be arranged. Trophy prep is included. Additional fees include shipping of trophies, tag ($280), license ($201) and Hunting Fund ($150). Hunt arrival/departure point is Dease Lake, BC. Floatplane transportation to and from camp are included. Cabin accommodations at base camp and tent accommodation at spike camp are included in this donation. Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made soley by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. DSC asssumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM, THE ONLINE BIDDER MUST PLACE AN INITIAL BID ON THEIR DESIRED ITEM(S) BY NOON THE DATE THE ITEM(S) ARE TO BE AUCTIONED. A PREAUTHORIZATION 50% OF THE VALUE OF THOSE ITEM(S) WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL THE CLOSE OF EACH NIGHTLY AUCTION.
BIDDER AUTHORIZES DSC TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval and will be charged an additional 3% administration fee. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration form and sign and return an authorization form, which will be emailed upon receipt of the application. A credit card must be provided to verify available funds up to anticipated amount they wish to bid (Bid Limit). Once all executed documents are received and approved, Dallas Safari Club (DSC) will enable online bidding.
2. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM, THE ONLINE BIDDER MUST PLACE AN INITIAL BID ON THEIR DESIRED ITEM(S) BY 12PM THE DATE THE ITEM(S) ARE TO BE AUCTIONED. A PREAUTHORIZATION 50% OF THE VALUE OF THOSE ITEM(S) WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL THE CLOSE OF EACH NIGHTLY AUCTION.
3. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will charged the full amount of each successful bid and the bidder will be furnished an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase. BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE RECEIVING SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, SEND, BY REPLY EMAIL, CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. IF SAID CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME FRAME, THE ITEM MAY BE RE-PLACED FOR AUCTION.
4. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH DALLAS SAFARI CLUB ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS. GOODS: ALL GOODS IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, SILENT AUCTIONS AND RAFFLES HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED OR OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES. THE HIGH BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE GOODS HAVE NOT BEEN INSPECTED BY DSC, AND IS ADVISED, IN THE CASE OF FIREARMS, KNIVES, BULLETS OR OTHER WEAPONS TO SECURE A COMPETENT INSPECTION AND TEST OF THE GOODS BEFORE USE. THE HIGH BIDDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PURCHASE IS FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, AND THAT SHOULD LEGAL ACTION BE REQUIRED TO COLLECT FOR THE SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE ACQUIRED BY THE HIGH BIDDER AT THE AUCTION, DSC SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ALL REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, COST OF COURT AND INTEREST AS PROVIDED BY LAW.
9. DSC's auction credit refund policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in this Catalog.
10. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is condued electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
11. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
12. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
