Ignacio Navasqués from Great Spanish Hunts is donating $11,500 credit to be applied towards a Spanish Ibex Grand Slam Hunt (Gredos, Beceite, Ronda and Southeastern Spanish Ibex) for one hunter and one non-hunter in Spain. This is a fantastic 12 day 1x1 rifle hunt and is available in 2013 and 2014. Thanks to the outstanding trophy quality areas controlled by GSH, this trip will be a 100% success and a unique opportunity for any hunter looking to harvest a world class ibex trophy. You will start your trip with a Gredos ibex hunt in Postoloboso, Ignacio's 19th Century Hacienda, located at the foothills of the mighty Gredos Mountains. This hacienda, like all GSH lodges is fitted with all comforts and completely equipped to satisfy the most exigent guests. Ignacio encourages you to bring your non hunting companion. The finest wines and cuisine and a fantastic cultural experience, combined with wonderful shopping and sightseeing, make Spain a fine hunting destination to enjoy with your non hunting companion. This is a trip of a lifetime for any hunter as it is for the non-hunting companion. If desired the hunt can be upgraded to include Spanish red deer ($4,500), European fallow deer ($4,500), European mouflon ($4,500), Cantabrian chamois ($5,500), Pyrenean chamois ($5,500), Mallorcan goat ($4,500) and Barbary sheep ($7,500). Spain is the only country in the world with seven capra species counting towards the Capra World Slam and two ovis species toward the Ovis World Slam. Additional hunters are welcome at $750 per day and additional non-hunters may be added at $350 per day. The lucky bidder is responsible for ibex permits cost $8,000/each. Additional fees include, but are not limited to, a $250 hunting license per ibex, $250 taxidermy fee and government-imposed 18% V.A.T. on the donation value and the hunt total cost. BIDDER AUTHORIZES DSC TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval and will be charged an additional 3% administration fee. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration form and sign and return an authorization form, which will be emailed upon receipt of the application. A credit card must be provided to verify available funds up to anticipated amount they wish to bid (Bid Limit). Once all executed documents are received and approved, Dallas Safari Club (DSC) will enable online bidding.
2. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM, THE ONLINE BIDDER MUST PLACE AN INITIAL BID ON THEIR DESIRED ITEM(S) BY 12PM THE DATE THE ITEM(S) ARE TO BE AUCTIONED. A PREAUTHORIZATION 50% OF THE VALUE OF THOSE ITEM(S) WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL THE CLOSE OF EACH NIGHTLY AUCTION.
3. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will charged the full amount of each successful bid and the bidder will be furnished an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase. BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE RECEIVING SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, SEND, BY REPLY EMAIL, CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. IF SAID CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME FRAME, THE ITEM MAY BE RE-PLACED FOR AUCTION.
4. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH DALLAS SAFARI CLUB ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS. GOODS: ALL GOODS IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, SILENT AUCTIONS AND RAFFLES HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED OR OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES. 9. DSC's auction credit refund policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in this Catalog.
10. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is condued electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
11. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
12. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
