Tracks across Africa TV and Chifuti Safaris, the premier safari operator in Zimbabwe, are pleased to donate a 12-day Cape buffalo and tiger fishing safari adventure package in the famed Zambezi River Valley for one hunter and one non-hunter. The safari will be filmed for a future episode of the top rated "Dallas Safari Club's Tracks Across Africa" television show. In addition, the winning bidder will receive a professionally edited personal video documentary of the safari. This adventure will begin with 2-days of tiger fishing at one of Chifuti Safaris exclusive deluxe fishing camps located on the very banks of the mighty Zambezi. In addition to the finest fresh water fishing in Africa, you will also enjoy excellent big game viewing and photo opportunities as you relax in one of Africa's most scenic and historic destinations. All fishing equipment will be supplied by Chifuti safaris. Following your 2-days of fishing, you will be transferred to one of Chifuti's Zambezi Valley hunting camps, where your big game adventure will begin. You will follow world class trackers, accompanied by one of Chifuti Safaris top professional hunters, in pursuit of a trophy Cape buffalo bull. Chifuti Safaris lower Zambezi Valley concessions are home to the highest concentration of buffalo in southern Africa. In addition to cape buffalo, the winning bidder will also have the opportunity to hunt available plains game species at normal trophy fees. Safari dates are June 1st through October 15th 2012, and are to be mutually agreed upon with Chifuti Safaris.

" Daily rate for two people at deluxe fishing camp to include guides, boats, equipment, meals, beverages, and lodging for two days.
" Daily rate for one hunter and one non-hunter for 10-days of hunting to include professional hunter, staff, vehicles, meals, beverages, and lodging.
" Trophy fees for one Cape Buffalo Bull.
" Ground transportation from fishing camp to hunting camp.
" Professional cameraman and editing of documentary video.
NOT INCLUDED:
" Round trip air charter fees from Harare to Zambezi Valley camp (approx. $2,200). " Accommodations before the safari (approx. $200).
" Trophy dipping and packing (1-2 species $490 or 3-10 species $690).
" Medical Air Rescue Insurance - $10 per person per day.
" 2% Government Tourism levy based on daily rate and 4% on trophy fees.
" Other plains game species based on quota availability at normal trophy fees.

Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made soley by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. DSC asssumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

BIDDER AUTHORIZES DSC TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval and will be charged an additional 3% administration fee. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration form and sign and return an authorization form, which will be emailed upon receipt of the application. A credit card must be provided to verify available funds up to anticipated amount they wish to bid (Bid Limit). Once all executed documents are received and approved, Dallas Safari Club (DSC) will enable online bidding.
2. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM, THE ONLINE BIDDER MUST PLACE AN INITIAL BID ON THEIR DESIRED ITEM(S) BY 12PM THE DATE THE ITEM(S) ARE TO BE AUCTIONED. A PREAUTHORIZATION 50% OF THE VALUE OF THOSE ITEM(S) WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL THE CLOSE OF EACH NIGHTLY AUCTION.
3. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will charged the full amount of each successful bid and the bidder will be furnished an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase. BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE RECEIVING SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, SEND, BY REPLY EMAIL, CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. IF SAID CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIMEFRAME, THE ITEM MAY BE RE-PLACED FOR AUCTION.
4. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. All items sold through Dallas Safari Club are received from third party vendors. GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC. DSC makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. DSC does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. SERVICES: All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. The services in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC. DSC makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. No services in the live auctions are to be or will be performed by DSC. DSC shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, DSC cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can DSC be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services or merchandise acquired by the high bidder at the auction, DSC shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
