14-Day Full Masai Package for one hunter in Tanzania. This package, based on a limited 21-day license, is a collector's delight for lesser kudu, fringe eared oryx, gerenuk, Grants gazelle, Roberts gazelle, Thomson gazelle, Chandlers' mountain reedbuck, East African impala, Kirks dik dik, steinbuck, white bearded wildebeest, spotted hyena, striped hyena, zebra, ostrich, black backed jackal, Cokes hartebeest, common duiker, East African bushbuck and olive baboon.
Included in this package are: The services of a complete camp crew, including Professional Hunter, trackers, cooks, skinners, stewards and their necessary assistants; Provision of fully equipped camp, including mosquito proof tents, beds, comfortable mattresses, camp furniture, water filters, cooking utensils, fridge, freezer and radio communications; Preparation of trophies (skinning and salting) in the field including transportation to Dar es Salaam; Processing, documentation and crating of trophies for exportation; Provision of a comprehensive medical chest; Supply of quality food, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and bottled water; Special requirements will be taken into account, provided advance notice is given; The provision of transport; one modern 4 x 4 safari vehicle per professional hunter and the necessary load carriers for equipment, provisions, trophies and staff; The skinning and preservation of trophies in the field plus dipping, handling, crating and documentation; A company representative to assist you upon arrival and departure.
Not included: Trophy fees, Wildlife Conservation fee at $3,150, hunting license at $1,250, Gov. trophy handling at $500, company trophy handling at $1,900, concession fee $4,200, firearms license at $200 each, and transfer to camp (4 hour drive) $380x2. Non-hunting observers can be added at $7,700 each, including Government royalties. This concession is one of Tanzania's greatest hunting areas. BIDDER AUTHORIZES DSC TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval and will be charged an additional 3% administration fee. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration form and sign and return an authorization form, which will be emailed upon receipt of the application. A credit card must be provided to verify available funds up to anticipated amount they wish to bid (Bid Limit). Once all executed documents are received and approved, Dallas Safari Club (DSC) will enable online bidding.
2. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM, THE ONLINE BIDDER MUST PLACE AN INITIAL BID ON THEIR DESIRED ITEM(S) BY 12PM THE DATE THE ITEM(S) ARE TO BE AUCTIONED. A PREAUTHORIZATION 50% OF THE VALUE OF THOSE ITEM(S) WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL THE CLOSE OF EACH NIGHTLY AUCTION.
3. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will charged the full amount of each successful bid and the bidder will be furnished an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase. BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE RECEIVING SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, SEND, BY REPLY EMAIL, CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. IF SAID CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME FRAME, THE ITEM MAY BE RE-PLACED FOR AUCTION.
4. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH DALLAS SAFARI CLUB ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS. GOODS: ALL GOODS IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, SILENT AUCTIONS AND RAFFLES HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED OR OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES. THE HIGH BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE GOODS HAVE NOT BEEN INSPECTED BY DSC, AND IS ADVISED, IN THE CASE OF FIREARMS, KNIVES, BULLETS OR OTHER WEAPONS TO SECURE A COMPETENT INSPECTION AND TEST OF THE GOODS BEFORE USE. THE HIGH BIDDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PURCHASE IS FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, AND THAT SHOULD LEGAL ACTION BE REQUIRED TO COLLECT FOR THE SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE ACQUIRED BY THE HIGH BIDDER AT THE AUCTION, DSC SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ALL REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, COST OF COURT AND INTEREST AS PROVIDED BY LAW.
9. DSC's auction credit refund policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in this Catalog.
10. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is condued electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
11. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
12. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
