SILENT AUCTION item donated by TROPHY HUNTING SPAIN BY BRUNO ROSICH: 3-day 1x1 European roe deer hunt for one hunter and one observer in the stunning Pyrenees Mountains of Spain, where the quality of roe deer are superb and in high population. This trip combines a magnificent hunt with a fantastic cultural experience by offering 3 days of hunting and 1 day of a wine tasting/private tour of the El Penedes region OR 1 day of sightseeing in Barcelona. During your trip, you will receive warm and personal treatment by Bruno & Isabelle and will enjoy their friendly personality. During the hunt, your stay will be at a charming Pyrenean hotel which overlooks the majestic mountains and is located in a quaint old town with an authentic Spanish feel. Here you will enjoy the best local homemade food in a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. During the sightseeing day, your stay will be at Bruno & Isabelle’s 19th traditional catalan Masia (country villa) ideally located in the privately owned winery of Viladellops, in El Penedes, with easy access to Barcelona. You will have the chance to visit the charming Pyrenean towns and Romanasque churches as well as the impressive Monastery of Montserrat. You will also enjoy the renowned wine region of El Penedes and the lovely Mediterranean town of Sitges. This donation is available April through July, 2014 or 2015. Dates can be changed if the hunt is upgraded. The hunt may be upgraded to include any of the 4 Spanish Ibex (Beceite, Gredos, Southeastern, Ronda), Pyrenean chamois, mouflon sheep and Balearean goat. Recommended method of take is rifle .270, .300 Win Mag., 7mm Rem. Mag., or similar. Additional hunters are welcome at $770/day and additional observers at $350/day. This donation includes 1x1 guide, pick-up at Barcelona with round trip transportation to the hunting area, trophy fee for one roe deer, accommodations, meals and private sightseeing tour. Not included are license & insurance ($300), trophy preparation & exportation, rifle rental & ammo ($270), VAT Tax 21% on the total value of the donation and any before/after accommodations in Barcelona. We highly recommend spending 2 to 3 days before or after the hunt in Barcelona or the Costa Brava (North Coast of Barcelona) to tour these regions. Another good option would be to take a Mediterranean cruise. Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

BIDDER AUTHORIZES DSC TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval and will be charged an additional 3% administration fee. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration form and sign and return an authorization form, which will be emailed upon receipt of the application. A credit card must be provided to verify available funds up to anticipated amount they wish to bid (Bid Limit). Once all executed documents are received and approved, Dallas Safari Club (DSC) will enable online bidding.
2. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM, THE ONLINE BIDDER MUST PLACE AN INITIAL BID ON THEIR DESIRED ITEM(S) BY 12PM THE DATE THE ITEM(S) ARE TO BE AUCTIONED. A PREAUTHORIZATION OF 50% OF THE VALUE WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL THE CLOSE OF EACH NIGHTLY AUCTION.
3. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will charged the full amount of each successful bid and the bidder will be furnished an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase. BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE RECEIVING SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, REPLY BY EMAIL OR PHONE CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. IF SAID CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME FRAME, THE ITEM MAY BE RE-PLACED FOR AUCTION.
4. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.

THE HIGH BIDDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PURCHASE IS FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, AND THAT SHOULD LEGAL ACTION BE REQUIRED TO COLLECT FOR THE SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE ACQUIRED BY THE HIGH BIDDER AT THE AUCTION, DSC SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ALL REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, COST OF COURT AND INTEREST AS PROVIDED BY LAW.
9. DSC's auction credit refund policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in this Catalog.
10. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
11. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
12. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
