CANADA NORTH OUTFITTING is pleased to donate this 4-day 1x1 Greenland Muskox hunt for one hunter in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut high above Canada's Arctic Circle (time permitting, there will be an opportunity for ice fishing and rabbit hunting). Muskox are among the top game animals to adorn any sportsman's trophy room and commonly draw the greatest reactions from people walking through a collection of trophies. Victoria Island is the 'Muskox Capital' of the world with over 30,000 animals roaming the region around Cambridge Bay. Throughout the years, this hunt has produced a 100% harvest success rate for all of our sport hunters. If the buyer provides a minimum of one additional hunter, PH Shane Black will greet them and accompany them on the hunt. This opportunity is the best possible introduction to the Canadian Arctic as CNO guides are not only competent, they are also extremely enjoyable and interesting to spend time with. This hunt package must be taken during the spring of 2014 or 2015 and may be upgraded as per Canada North Outfitting's current price list and hunt package offerings. Additional hunters and non-hunters are welcome at the current rates of $7,250 and $2,950 CAD respectively. Transportation from Cambridge Bay to and from the hunting area is via a komatik, an Inuit sled that is drawn behind a snowmobile. Cabin accommodation, meals and trophy preparation during the hunt are included. Not included are the flight to/from Cambridge Bay, hotels and meals while not in camp, hunting license, trophy fee, transportation of trophy on the return flight and the Non-Resident Hunter Protection Fund ($250 CAD). The license fee per animal is $50 CAD and the government trophy fee per animal is $150 CAD, plus applicable taxes. Please note that at a cost of $3,250 CAD a second Muskox tag can be obtained with prior notice to Canada North Outfitting. ALSO PLEASE NOTE: The winning bidder has the option of purchasing a photo journal and photo book of their hunt adventure. This would be an additional $3,500 charge to the buyer paid directly to CNO with the funds benefiting the family of our late friend, Chris Kyle (previous known as the "Greatest American Sniper in U.S. History"). Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

BIDDER AUTHORIZES DSC TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval and will be charged an additional 3% administration fee. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration form and sign and return an authorization form, which will be emailed upon receipt of the application. A credit card must be provided to verify available funds up to anticipated amount they wish to bid (Bid Limit). Once all executed documents are received and approved, Dallas Safari Club (DSC) will enable online bidding.
2. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM, THE ONLINE BIDDER MUST PLACE AN INITIAL BID ON THEIR DESIRED ITEM(S) BY 12PM THE DATE THE ITEM(S) ARE TO BE AUCTIONED. A PREAUTHORIZATION OF 50% OF THE VALUE WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL THE CLOSE OF EACH NIGHTLY AUCTION.
3. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will charged the full amount of each successful bid and the bidder will be furnished an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase. BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE RECEIVING SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, REPLY BY EMAIL OR PHONE CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. IF SAID CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME FRAME, THE ITEM MAY BE RE-PLACED FOR AUCTION.
4. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH DALLAS SAFARI CLUB ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
GOODS: ALL GOODS IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, SILENT AUCTIONS AND RAFFLES HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED OR OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES. THE HIGH BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE GOODS HAVE NOT BEEN INSPECTED BY DSC, AND IS ADVISED, IN THE CASE OF FIREARMS, KNIVES, BULLETS OR OTHER WEAPONS TO SECURE A COMPETENT INSPECTION AND TEST OF THE GOODS BEFORE USE. THE GOODS IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSC. THE HIGH BIDDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IN THE EVENT SERVICES ARE PURCHASED, DSC CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OR LIABLE FOR ANY POLITICAL UNREST OR INSTABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF THE UNITED STATES, NOR CAN DSC BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE THERE FROM. THE HIGH BIDDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PURCHASE IS FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, AND THAT SHOULD LEGAL ACTION BE REQUIRED TO COLLECT FOR THE SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE ACQUIRED BY THE HIGH BIDDER AT THE AUCTION, DSC SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ALL REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, COST OF COURT AND INTEREST AS PROVIDED BY LAW.
9. DSC's auction credit refund policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in this Catalog.
10. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
11. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
12. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
