A short, spectacular float plane ride from Sitka delivers you directly to the lodge. The unpressured waters around the lodge offer the most abundant and diverse salt and freshwater fishing available in Alaska. Our guests may choose the activity of their liking each day off of a FUN BOARD ranging from our renowned fisheries both salt and freshwater, bear & whale watching, kayaking, beach combing, clamming or soaking in the nearby natural hot springs. This trip includes 5-1/2 days of fishing with a five night stay in a private cabin with bath. This trip is available May through September, 2014 or 2015. Additional anglers may be added at $5,150. Guide ratio is 2:1 for freshwater and 4:1 for saltwater. A $50 fishing license and $30 king salmon stamp is required. This package includes all lodging, round-trip transportation between Sitka and Baranof, boats and professional guide service with all top quality salt water equipment, gourmet meals and an impressive wine list. Also includes all applicable municipal rents, sure fees and sales taxes. The transfer days are Monday and Saturday. Accommodation in Sitka is approximately $100 per night. Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

BIDDER AUTHORIZES DSC TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval and will be charged an additional 3% administration fee. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration form and sign and return an authorization form, which will be emailed upon receipt of the application. A credit card must be provided to verify available funds up to anticipated amount they wish to bid (Bid Limit). Once all executed documents are received and approved, Dallas Safari Club (DSC) will enable online bidding.
2. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM, THE ONLINE BIDDER MUST PLACE AN INITIAL BID ON THEIR DESIRED ITEM(S) BY 12PM THE DATE THE ITEM(S) ARE TO BE AUCTIONED. A PREAUTHORIZATION OF 50% OF THE VALUE WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL THE CLOSE OF EACH NIGHTLY AUCTION.
3. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will charged the full amount of each successful bid and the bidder will be furnished an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase. BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE RECEIVING SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, REPLY BY EMAIL OR PHONE CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. IF SAID CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME FRAME, THE ITEM MAY BE RE-PLACED FOR AUCTION.
4. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH DALLAS SAFARI CLUB ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
GOODS: ALL GOODS IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, SILENT AUCTIONS AND RAFFLES HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED OR OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES. THE HIGH BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE GOODS HAVE NOT BEEN INSPECTED BY DSC, AND IS ADVISED, IN THE CASE OF FIREARMS, KNIVES, BULLETS OR OTHER WEAPONS TO SECURE A COMPETENT INSPECTION AND TEST OF THE GOODS BEFORE USE. THE GOODS IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSC. DSC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. DSC DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT, DESIGN OR USE. ANY WRITTEN WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS DELIVERED TO THE PURCHASER ARE THOSE SOLELY OF THE MANUFACTURER OR THEIR AGENTS, AND SHALL BE THE SOLE LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER. THE SERVICES IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSC. DSC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. NO SERVICES IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS ARE TO BE OR WILL BE PERFORMED BY DSC. DSC SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE DELIVERY OR QUALITY OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF SUCH SERVICES. THE HIGH BIDDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IN THE EVENT SERVICES ARE PURCHASED, DSC CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OR LIABLE FOR ANY POLITICAL UNREST OR INSTABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF THE UNITED STATES, NOR CAN DSC BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE THERE FROM. THE HIGH BIDDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PURCHASE IS FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, AND THAT SHOULD LEGAL ACTION BE REQUIRED TO COLLECT FOR THE SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE ACQUIRED BY THE HIGH BIDDER AT THE AUCTION, DSC SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ALL REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, COST OF COURT AND INTEREST AS PROVIDED BY LAW.
9. DSC's auction credit refund policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in this Catalog.
10. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
11. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
12. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
