This one of a kind safari package for one hunter includes $5,000 towards a 7 day Cape buffalo hunt, custom hunting boots, photo safari trip, art and much, much more! The incredible package will begin in the beautiful and diverse African country of Namibia in the tropical area of the Caprivi. There are many other species on quota and available to add on to this hunt, making it fully upgradable. Jofie Lamprecht, Big Game Professional Hunter and widely published Wildlife Photographer, will personally guide the winning bidder on this hunt, bringing years of experience and knowledge to the table. This hunt includes luxury safari-style tented accommodations, meals, non-alcoholic beverages, and field prep. Not included in this package are trophy fees, transportation to and from the hunting area, transportation of trophy to shipper, VAT, trophy fees and gratuities. In order for the winning bidder to be properly outfitted for his/her safari, this package includes a custom pair of fitted Thula Thula boots by Russell Moccasin for the hunter, from Texas Hunt Co. a THE Pack, a pair of Omni Gators, and a Master Blaster Sticky Back High Performance Rifle Sling, as well as a stunning black lizard skin wallet from Walden and Bork. And for a lucky lady companion, $250 of ladies' safari clothing from a very popular company, as well as a beautiful ostrich skin checkbook wallet. Our preferred shipping agent in Namibia joins this donation with $1,500 worth of ocean freight shipping. Over and above this amount will be for the hunter's account. This is based on 250 kg's chargeable weight (quite a big shipment) and one hunter, i.e. one set of export docs. The client must contact the clearing agent prior to importation and present the Gift Certificate for validation and complete necessary Customs Power of Attorney documentation. The Wildlife Gallery has generously donated a beautiful custom horn pedestal mount for your Buffalo! The Wildlife Gallery is the preferred taxidermist for Jofie Lamprecht Safaris, primarily because their work is fantastic, and they certainly have the best customer service in the industry!
After the hunt is completed, the package continues with a personally guided safari photo tour with Jofie and Monica for a relaxing trip to the sleepy little town of Swakopmund. As Namibia's premier beach town, it is one of the most well-preserved examples of German colonial architecture in the world. It was founded in 1892 as the main harbor for German South-West Africa. This quaint historical beach town has numerous historical buildings, charming little shops and fine cuisine. In Swakopmund you will be treated to two nights' accommodation at the famous Hansa Hotel. While in Swakopmund, Jofie and Monica will treat you to the following excursions: 1) A Desert Tour, highlighting all the hidden treasures in the majestic sand dunes, 2) A Dolphin Tour on a 30-45 foot catamaran to enjoy an adventure packed tour to Pelican Point and Walvis Bay's beautiful bay area while you enjoy sparkling wine, fresh oysters and other mouth-watering snacks and 3) Swakopmund Clay Shooting Club, where you will enjoy a free round of sporting clays for one with one round of clays and ammunition provided.
Finally, to properly commemorate your dream safari, you will receive two very special surprises to remind you of your safari long after you return home! Firstly, an original painting by Joshua Spies commissioned especially for you. Joshua has developed a remarkable international career as a wildlife artist, and is well known for "Painting from Real Life Experiences". He has traveled and hunted around the world, which has led him to portray wildlife and landscapes as he personally witnessed them. A number of his paintings of wildlife carry emotional moods that strongly inspire admiration for the animals and birds he has studied. His wildlife art finds poetry in nature, and he communicates with his subjects. Indeed, his work is more than that of an American painter, he is an international artist that is proud of the transcendent feelings his paintings carry. The number of awards and recognitions he has received are too numerous to list, with the most recent being the Federal Duck Stamp Competition. He has been Dallas Safari Club Artist of the Year as well. The original 11 X 14 inch painting by Joshua Spies included in this item will be a landscape or animal from this safari, to be done within a year of the hunt. And finally, the second surprise will be a stunning bronzed sculpture of a Cape buffalo by none other than the talented artist, Raj Paul. Dallas Safari Club thanks Jofie Lamprecht Safaris, Joshua Spies and Raj Paul for this 100% donation.
