SHUNNESON & WILSON ADVENTURES and long-time donor Patrick Dahlan of FARO EAST – CAMEROON are pleased to donate a 9-day lion hunt in their game-rich concession east of the Faro River in northern Cameroon (Lions are importable from Cameroon to the U.S.) The winning bidder is responsible for transportation to/from Garoua, Cameroon by commercial aircraft. This hunt includes field prep, transportation of trophy to shipper, round trip transfer from Garoua to the hunt location, accommodations and meals. The hunt is for open dates during the prime months of January through March, 2015 (select dates may be available in 2014 if there is an opening). One additional hunter is welcome and up to two non-hunting observers are welcome at current rates. Not included are the trophy fee for one mature lion appearing to be at least 6 years in age (13,000 Euros), the hunting license (1,000 Euros) and dip-pack-ship to Paris (2,000 Euros). The winning bidder may also upgrade to any of the following:
(1) For an additional 6,000 Euros, add the right to hunt any 4 of the following animals, in addition to lion, for the stated trophy fees: western hartebeest (1,000 E), harnessed bushbuck (700 E), Nigerian bohor reedbuck (700 E), western kob (700 E), red river hog (700 E), red-flanked duiker (500 E), western bush duiker (500 E), civet (500 E), warthog (500 E) and olive baboon (500 E).
(2) For an additional 12,000 Euros, increase the safari to 12 days and add the right to hunt any 8 of the animals noted per upgrade #1 above, in addition to lion. This will require the purchase of an additional license for 800 Euros.
(3) For an additional 22,000 Euros, increase the safari to 12 days and add the right to hunt Lord Derby Eland for a trophy fee of 3,500 Euros, in addition to lion and 4 other species per upgrade #1 above. Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

BIDDER AUTHORIZES DSC TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval and will be charged an additional 3% administration fee. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration form and sign and return an authorization form, which will be emailed upon receipt of the application. A credit card must be provided to verify available funds up to anticipated amount they wish to bid (Bid Limit). Once all executed documents are received and approved, Dallas Safari Club (DSC) will enable online bidding.
2. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM, THE ONLINE BIDDER MUST PLACE AN INITIAL BID ON THEIR DESIRED ITEM(S) BY 12PM THE DATE THE ITEM(S) ARE TO BE AUCTIONED. A PREAUTHORIZATION OF 50% OF THE VALUE WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL THE CLOSE OF EACH NIGHTLY AUCTION.
3. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will charged the full amount of each successful bid and the bidder will be furnished an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase. BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE RECEIVING SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, REPLY BY EMAIL OR PHONE CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. IF SAID CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME FRAME, THE ITEM MAY BE RE-PLACED FOR AUCTION.
4. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH DALLAS SAFARI CLUB ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
GOODS: ALL GOODS IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, SILENT AUCTIONS AND RAFFLES HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED OR OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES. THE HIGH BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE GOODS HAVE NOT BEEN INSPECTED BY DSC, AND IS ADVISED, IN THE CASE OF FIREARMS, KNIVES, BULLETS OR OTHER WEAPONS TO SECURE A COMPETENT INSPECTION AND TEST OF THE GOODS BEFORE USE. THE GOODS IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSC. DSC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. DSC DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT, DESIGN OR USE. THE HIGH BIDDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IN THE EVENT SERVICES ARE PURCHASED, DSC CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OR LIABLE FOR ANY POLITICAL UNREST OR INSTABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF THE UNITED STATES, NOR CAN DSC BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE THERE FROM. THE HIGH BIDDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PURCHASE IS FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, AND THAT SHOULD LEGAL ACTION BE REQUIRED TO COLLECT FOR THE SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE ACQUIRED BY THE HIGH BIDDER AT THE AUCTION, DSC SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ALL REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, COST OF COURT AND INTEREST AS PROVIDED BY LAW.
9. DSC's auction credit refund policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in this Catalog.
10. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
11. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
12. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
