Set your hook into one of the most exclusive offshore sportfishing experiences in the world on this 5-day blue marlin fishing expedition for two in Angola aboard the Blue Sniffer, a 33' Blackfin Flybridge outfitted with twin diesels and tournament grade tackle ranging from 30 to 130 lb. Designed for serious anglers, this charter focuses on the exhilarating bait-and-switch technique with stand-up 80lb gear - targeting the mighty Atlantic blue marlin, with an average size of 500 lbs. You'll be fishing from Lobito, Angola, where calm seas, short runs to the fishing grounds, and peak-season conditions in April and May create the perfect stage for high-action billfishing. With top drawer gear, expert crew, and waters teeming with life, this is sportfishing at its finest. Your adventure begins with a flight from Luanda to Cayumbela, followed by private transfer to the waterfront Hotel Terminus in Lobito. From days 2-6, you will be on the water from early morning until early evening, returning each day to the comfort of the hotel, where breakfast and dinner are included. On day 7 you will return to Luanda for onward travel. This package includes: 5 full days of guided fishing, 7 nights lodging (2 rooms) at Hotel Terminus, all meals , airport and dockside transfers in Lobito, all tackle and equipment expertly maintained and ready for action. All blue marlin and sailfish angling is catch and release only. Additional fishing days may be added at $2,300/day, subject to availability. The operation is owner-run by a seasoned, English-speaking professional originally from the UK. The boat, equipment, and experience are all world class. Don't miss your chance to experience one of the last great frontiers of marlin fishing - while giving back to the future of wild Africa. DSC references include John & Chrissie Jackson.
