MCMILLAN FIREARMS AND CRAIG BODDINGTON are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for one lucky bidder by donating the left-handed McMillan Prestige rifle that Boddington used on the McMillan Mozambique Safari in October 2012, where he took a very nice 38" Dagga Boy. McMillan completely refurbished Boddington's left-handed Prestige to mint condition. The rifle is chambered in Kelly McMillan's favorite African cartridge, .404 Jeffrey. It is made on the McMillan G30 action with controlled round feed and three position safety. It comes with a 24" stainless steel barrel with a 1-1/4" twist and recessed crown. It has an integral quarter rib, barrel band and front sight machined into the barrel. The stock has a classic comb with a shadow-line cheek piece with some cast off and cant for easier mounting and target acquisition. It has a drop belly magazine that holds four rounds in the magazine and one in the chamber for a total of 5 rounds. The rifle is mounted with a Swarovski Z61 1-6x24 with an illuminated circle dot reticle. It is mounted on Talley bases with Talley Lever lock QD scope rings. The stock is painted sage with a 1" Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad installed at 14" LOP and one Uncle Mike's sling swivel stud. The entire barreled action, including the bolt, is finished in NP3. The rifle comes in a Patriot Case with custom foam insert. This donation also includes two boxes of McMillan ADG Ammunition in .404 Jeffrey loaded with 400 gr North Fork soft point bullets - the same load Craig used on the safari - and a McMillan hunting combo knife set. The knife set contains a hunting and caping knife with a double sheath for carrying both knives. As a bonus, the winning bidder will receive a signed photo of Boddington with his trophy buffalo as well as a signed copy of Boddington's book, "Safari Rifles II". Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration form and sign and return an authorization form, which will be emailed upon receipt of the application. A credit card must be provided to verify available funds up to anticipated amount they wish to bid (Bid Limit). Once all executed documents are received and approved, Dallas Safari Club (DSC) will enable online bidding.
2. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM, THE ONLINE BIDDER MUST PLACE AN INITIAL BID ON THEIR DESIRED ITEM(S) BY 12PM THE DATE THE ITEM(S) ARE TO BE AUCTIONED. A PREAUTHORIZATION OF 50% OF THE VALUE WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL THE CLOSE OF EACH NIGHTLY AUCTION.
3. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will charged the full amount of each successful bid and the bidder will be furnished an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase. BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE RECEIVING SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, REPLY BY EMAIL OR PHONE CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. IF SAID CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME FRAME, THE ITEM MAY BE RE-PLACED FOR AUCTION.
4. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH DALLAS SAFARI CLUB ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.

9. DSC's auction credit refund policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in this Catalog.
10. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
11. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
12. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
