This once in a lifetime hunt will take place on a privately owned 18,000 hectare ranch in Zimbabwe abundant with numerous species during mutually available dates in 2013 or 2014 (first or second week in July is recommended). CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
For your information, under the United States Internal Revenue Code Dallas Safari Club is not a charitable organization. It is a 501 (c)(4) non-profit organization. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payment made to the Dallas Safari Club for auction items would be tax deductible.
Proceeds benefit the Dallas Ecological Foundation. Dallas Ecological Foundation will require separate payment.
Dallas Ecological Foundation is a qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organization under IRS regulations. Pursuant to IRS Publication 526, charitable deductions for payments made to the Dallas Ecological Foundation for an auction item, if any, are considered to be only the amount paid in excess of the fair market value (estimated good faith value) of the auction item. Please consult your tax advisor for deductibility of your payment. Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made soley by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. DSC asssumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval and will be charged an additional 3% administration fee. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:

3. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will charged the full amount of each successful bid and the bidder will be furnished an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase. BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE RECEIVING SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, SEND, BY REPLY EMAIL, CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. 6. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH DALLAS SAFARI CLUB ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS. 9. DSC's auction credit refund policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in this Catalog.
10. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is condued electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
11. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
12. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
