This is a fantastic opportunity for two hunters to enjoy hunting the majestic bull tahr and the regal red stag with one of NZ’s most prominent outfitters. Shane Johnston, Past President of the NZ Professional Hunting Guides Association, DSC life member/donor and Dallas Safari Club 2007 “Outfitter of the Year” has generously donated this 4-day safari on the South Island of New Zealand for two hunters during April through August, 2015 or 2016. Hunt includes 4 days and 3 nights, 2x1 professional guiding, $1,000 credit per hunter toward bull tahr trophy fees and $1,000 credit per hunter toward red stag trophy fees (1x of each species per hunter), field prep, transportation to shipper, comfortable cabin Accommodations, home-style country cuisine and round-trip transportation between Christchurch and the concession within guiding days. Not included are airfare from USA-Christchurch NZ and return, before/after hunt accommodation, resort Accommodation required for the tahr hunt ($350 per room/night), additional species to hunt, balance of trophy fee (red stag from $5,000 and tahr from $4,000), gov’t tax on each tahr ($500), weapon permit if bringing your own firearm ($25) and helicopter transportation to be used to access our concessions in the mountains for tahr hunting (approx. $5,000+/-). Live your lifetime dream and experience all of what Four Seasons has to offer...
