The American-made Marlin 336 SBL 30-30 Win lever-action rifle with gray laminate stock was manufactured with great pride and attention to detail. You can expect the same time-honored design as the traditional 1895, combined with Ruger's trusted reputation for producing high-quality, reliable firearms. Improved manufacturing processes create tight tolerances, resulting in a reliable, attractive rifle. Multi-layered quality control procedures, including daily function and accuracy audits and multiple inspections, result in a high-quality product. Receiver, lever and trigger guard plate are CNC machined from stainless steel forgings. Barrel is made of stainless steel and is cold hammer-forged which results in ultra-precise rifling that provides exceptional accuracy and longevity. Threaded barrel with factory-installed thread protector has a 5/8"-24 pattern to accommodate a muzzle brake or other barrel accessories. Picatinny rail provides a stable mounting surface for scope rings and a variety of modern optics. Fiber optic front sight with a tritium ring for improved visibility in low light conditions. Six-round, tubular magazine with a loading gate located on the receiver. Soft rubber buttpad effectively absorbs recoil. Positive, push-button, cross-bolt manual safety and traditional half-cock hammer. Reliably feeds a wide range of .30-30 Win. factory ammunition and bullet types. Durable laminate buttstock and forend remain dimensionally stable in varying weather conditions. Sharp checkering provides an excellent grip in all weather conditions. Spiral-fluted, polished bolt aids smooth cycling. Oversized lever loop provides clearance for operation with heavy gloves. Slim forend for an attractive look and comfortable feel. Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder, the shipper of their choice and/or donors. DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after the sale.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1) The winner's card of record will be charged the full amount for each successful bid; winners will receive a paid invoice at each auction close.
2) In the event the card is declined, DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the related item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3) Firearms will be shipped by DSC’s FFL licensee to the auction winner’s designated FFL licensee at the auction winner’s expense.
4) Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
5) Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
6) DSC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
7) If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction, the bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
8) DSC reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
9) DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSC. SERVICES: All services (hunts or otherwise) in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired from and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSC. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any or all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, DSC shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
10) Bidders acknowledge that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. DSC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on DSC`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. DSC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
11) DSC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods affected by any malfunction.
12) CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS: DSC is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and not listed as a charitable organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payments or donations made to DSC for auction items would be tax-deductible.
13) AUCTION CREDIT POLICY: Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the DSC Convention, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the DSC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The DSC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of DSC, DSCF auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by DSC. If a refund or credit is approved by the DSC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third-party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to DSC for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of DSC and all Board decisions are final.
