4-day/3-night 1x1 Anatolian wild boar hunt for three hunters in Turkey - includes 4x wild boars for each hunter. Method of take is rifle; silencers, night vision and thermal scopes are restricted but available for use through the donor at $200/day. This free-range hunt is available April 15-July 15, 2027 only and may be upgraded to include additional boar at $750/each. Additional hunters are welcome at $5,500; non-hunters are welcome at $2,000. The hunt will take place during the evening with transportation mostly by vehicle and night stalking. This package includes hotel/lodge accommodations, daily brunch, evening dinners and permit fee ($15,000 value) for govt. assigned warden required to accompany the group during hunting. Not included are custom handling at Ankara or Antalya Airports & RT ground transfers to camp at $1,500 for the group, field prep at $500/hunter, government fees at $500/hunter, guiding fee at $400/hunter, skinning at $500/boar, dip & pack service at $500/boar, domestic air charters between Istanbul and Ankara or Antalya Airports, before/after hunt accommodations at $150/pp and gratuities. Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder, the shipper of their choice and/or donors. DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after the sale.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1) At auction close, the winner's card of record will be charged the full amount for each successful bid; winners will receive a paid invoice for all purchases.
2) In the event the card is declined, DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the related item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3) Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $300, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4) Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5) DSC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6) If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction, the bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7) DSC reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8) DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR DALLAS SAFARI CLUB (DSC) and DSC FOUNDATION (DSCF). GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC or DSCF and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. 9) Bidders acknowledge that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. DSC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on DSC`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. DSC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10) DSC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods affected by any malfunction.
11) CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS: DSC is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and not listed as a charitable organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payments or donations made to DSC for auction items would be tax-deductible. DSCF is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. 12) AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR DSC and DSCF. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the DSC Convention, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the DSC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The DSC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of DSC or DSCF. DSC and DSCF auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by DSC. If a refund or credit is approved by the DSC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third-party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to DSC or DSCF for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of DSC and all Board decisions are final.
